These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the WrapKit app for macOS (“WrapKit”) and the wrapkit.app website, provided by Anudeep Avula (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using WrapKit, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use WrapKit.
WrapKit is distributed through the Mac App Store. Use of the Mac App Store version of WrapKit is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s Standard EULA where applicable. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.
WrapKit is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WrapKit on Apple-branded Macs you own or control, as permitted by the Mac App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense WrapKit, or reverse engineer it, except where applicable law allows.
You own the content you create or add to WrapKit — including Blocks, Kits, Wraps, text, files, and personalization values. We don’t claim any rights to it.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it, including files and information about other people that you add. Please use WrapKit lawfully.
WrapKit stores your workspace locally on your Mac and does not keep a copy on our servers. That means we can’t recover content that is deleted or lost from your Mac. You’re responsible for backing up your Mac, for example with Time Machine.
WrapKit is free to download and includes up to 2 Kits and up to 5 active Wraps. WrapKit Pro Lifetime is an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited Kits and unlimited active Wraps. It is not a subscription and has no recurring fees.
The price displayed by the Mac App Store at the time of purchase applies, and may vary by country or region. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account under Apple’s rules and can be restored with Restore Purchases in WrapKit.
Payment is processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies — see reportaproblem.apple.com.
WrapKit works with services we don’t control, including the Mac App Store, RevenueCat for purchase management, and the apps you choose to open, mail, or share content with. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We work to keep WrapKit useful and reliable, and may release updates that add, change, or remove features. We can’t promise WrapKit will always be available or free of errors, and we may discontinue it in the future. Features you’ve purchased remain available in the version you have installed, subject to compatibility with your Mac.
WrapKit, its name, icon, design, software, and this website are owned by Anudeep Avula and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don’t grant you rights to our trademarks. Mac and Mac App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
To the extent permitted by law, WrapKit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of WrapKit. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You can stop using WrapKit at any time by deleting it from your Mac. Your license ends automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms.
We may update these Terms as WrapKit changes. We’ll post the updated version on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use WrapKit after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
