Effective: September 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the WrapKit application for macOS and the wrapkit.app website.
1. Acceptance of Terms
WrapKit is licensed software, not sold. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using WrapKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Use of the Mac App Store version of WrapKit is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including Apple’s Standard EULA where applicable.
2. License Grant
WrapKit grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on macOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's applicable terms.
3. Free Starter Tier & WrapKit Pro Purchase
WrapKit includes a free starter tier with up to 2 Kits and 5 active Wraps.
WrapKit Pro is an optional one-time lifetime in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited Kits and unlimited active Wraps.
There are no recurring subscription fees for WrapKit Pro. The price displayed by the Mac App Store at the time of purchase applies. Pricing may vary by storefront, currency, taxes, and Apple's pricing configuration.
4. Restore Purchases & Apple Account Billing
Purchases are associated with the user's Apple account according to Apple's applicable rules. Restore Purchases may be used on compatible Macs signed into the appropriate Apple account where supported.
Billing, payment processing, and applicable refund handling occur through Apple according to Apple's policies. WrapKit does not directly collect or process payment card details.
5. User Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of the content and files they create, import, or manage in WrapKit. WrapKit does not claim ownership of user workspace content. You retain all intellectual property rights in and to the messages, text, checklists, custom fields, notes, files, attachments, and links that you create or manage in WrapKit.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WrapKit in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. Prohibited or illegal use is not allowed. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Local-First Architecture

8. Apple Mail and External Services
WrapKit can prepare content or a draft for Apple Mail. Sending is completed through the user's chosen mail application/provider. WrapKit does not operate an email server, send mail in the background, monitor inboxes, verify delivery, or read incoming email. External services and applications operate under their own independent terms and privacy practices.
